Groceries - in Clearwater you pretty much have Safety Mart, in the Brookfield Plaza on the Old Highway. Some of the Gas Stations have food, notably the Raft River Mini Mart, just down the hill from the hospital In Blue River there is a small supermarket located about 2 blocks east of the main highway intersection: Blue River General Store Cedar Street Or theres: Janie's General Store #1 Railway Avenue Just go down to the tracks, you'll find it sooner or later. |
Most of the gas stations in Clearwater are actually off the highway: Clearwater Mohawk offers great service its just off the old highway near the Safety Mart. Raft River Mini Market & Gas is in Raft River follow the hospital H's and go down the hill past the hospital... Home of the World famous Screamer, and Slurpee and Ice cream concoction sure to send you into a Diabetic coma or at least to brain freeze land. Super Save Gas Old North Thompson Hwy Good service, cute pump girls, fishing tackle, and propane. The Hub- on the main highway at the park road junction. Generally only open seasonally. Race Trac Gas On the north side of the info centre- Clearwaters only 24 hour gas station. Blue River you have the choice of the Husky with restaurant, or the Esso, with groceries, both are on the main highway and offer great service. |
